Joining a course at NETWORK NET is simple. You can start with a phone call, an online enquiry or a visit to the institute, and our counsellors will help you choose the right course and batch before you pay anything. This page explains each step, who can join, what to bring and how fees and certificates work.
Admission process
- Enquiry: call us on +91 93500 90607, email [email protected], fill in the form on our contact page or simply visit the institute. Tell us what you want to learn and when you are free.
- Free counselling and demo class: a counsellor will talk to you about your goals and current skill level, explain the course content and suggest suitable options. You can attend a free demo class to see how our trainers teach before you decide.
- Choose your course and batch: pick the course that fits your goal and a batch time that fits your routine. If you are unsure, our courses page compares all programmes side by side.
- Registration and fee payment: complete a short registration form and pay the registration amount or course fee. You can pay at the institute, or enrol and pay online through our website shop. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received and your batch is confirmed to you.
- Orientation and start: on your first day you are introduced to your trainer, the lab, the course plan and the assessment schedule. Then classes begin.
Eligibility
Most of our courses have no strict entry requirement. What matters most is your interest and willingness to practise. The table below gives general guidance; your counsellor will confirm whether a course suits you.
| Course | Who can join | Helpful background |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Computer | Anyone, including complete beginners, homemakers and seniors | None. Ability to read basic English helps. |
| CCC (NIELIT) | Anyone who wants to prepare for the NIELIT CCC exam | None for the course. Exam eligibility and registration rules are set by NIELIT, so check the official NIELIT website. |
| ADCA | Students and job seekers who want a broad diploma-level programme | Usually suited to learners who have completed school (10th or 12th). |
| Tally with GST | Commerce students, accounts staff and business owners | Basic understanding of accounts is useful but not essential; we cover accounting basics. |
| Graphic Designing | Creative learners, students and in-house design staff | Basic computer use. Interest in drawing, layout or colour helps. |
| Web Designing & Development | Students, graduates and anyone who wants to build websites | Basic computer and internet use. No prior coding needed. |
| Digital Marketing | Students, graduates, working professionals and business owners | Basic computer and internet use, and comfort with written English. |
There is no upper age limit for most courses. Students under 18 should enrol with a parent or guardian.
Documents required
Please bring the following when you register:
- A photo ID, such as an Aadhaar card or another government-issued ID
- Passport-size photographs (ask at the time of enquiry how many are needed)
- Copies of educational certificates, if applicable to your course
For the CCC exam, registration is done under NIELIT’s own rules. Please follow the documents and photo requirements given on the official NIELIT website at the time you register. Our team can guide you through the process.
Batch timings
We run several shifts through the day so that students, working people and homemakers can all find a convenient time:
- Morning batches for students and those who prefer to learn early in the day
- Afternoon batches for homemakers, school leavers and learners with free afternoons
- Evening batches for college students and working professionals
- Weekend batches for people who are busy on weekdays
Exact class timings depend on the course and seat availability, and are confirmed at the time of admission.
Fees and payment
Course fees depend on the course you choose, its duration and the type of batch (regular, weekend or customised). Ask our counsellor for the current fee for your chosen course.
- Instalments: instalment options may be available for some courses. Please ask during counselling.
- Online enrolment: you can enrol and pay securely through our shop.
- At the institute: you can also pay in person when you register.
- Refunds and cancellations: please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before you pay.
Certificates and assessments
Learning at NETWORK NET includes regular tests, assignments and practical assessments, so that you and your trainer can track your progress. On successful completion of your course, including the required attendance, assessments and fee payment, you receive a certificate of completion from NETWORK NET.
For the CCC course, the exam and certificate are conducted and issued by NIELIT, not by the institute. We prepare you for the exam and can help with registration. Please check the official NIELIT website for the current exam pattern, fees and dates.
