These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of networknets.com (the “Website”) and your enrolment in, and participation in, courses offered by NETWORK NET, a computer training institute in Delhi, India (“NETWORK NET”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, submitting a form, placing an order or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or enrol.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “Course” means any training programme offered by NETWORK NET, such as Web Designing & Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, ADCA, Basic Computer, CCC and Tally with GST.
- “Student” or “you” means a person who uses the Website, makes an enquiry, or enrols in a Course, and includes a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor.
- “Batch” means a scheduled group of classes for a Course with a fixed start date and timing.
- “Course Material” means notes, handouts, presentations, practice files, assignments, recordings and other content provided by us.
2. Eligibility
- You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms, complete the enrolment and make the payment on your behalf, and is responsible for your compliance with these Terms.
- Some Courses may recommend a minimum educational background or basic computer familiarity. These are stated on the relevant course page or explained during counselling. It is your responsibility to check that a Course suits your needs before enrolling.
- For third-party examinations such as the NIELIT CCC exam, eligibility is decided by the examining body, not by us. Please check the official NIELIT website for current eligibility and exam rules.
3. Admissions and enrolment
3.1 How to enrol
You can enrol by visiting the institute, contacting us by phone or email, or booking a Course online through our shop. Details of the admission process are available on our Admissions page.
3.2 Confirmation of admission
An admission is confirmed only when (a) we have received the registration/booking amount or full fee as applicable, and (b) we have confirmed your Batch by email, message or receipt. Submitting an enquiry form or a call-back request does not reserve a seat.
3.3 Accurate information
You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information. We may refuse or cancel an admission obtained with false or misleading information, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3.4 Our right to refuse
We may decline an application where a Batch is full, where the Course is not suitable for the applicant, or for other reasonable grounds. If we decline after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid in full.
4. Fees and payment
- Course fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) on the Website, in our fee schedule, or communicated during counselling. Any applicable taxes (such as GST) will be shown at checkout or on the receipt or invoice.
- Fees may be payable in full or in instalments, where we agree to an instalment plan. Instalments must be paid by the agreed due dates. If an instalment remains unpaid, we may suspend access to classes, Course Material or certificates until it is paid.
- Fees cover the training described for the Course. Unless clearly stated otherwise, they do not include fees charged by third parties, such as examination fees payable to NIELIT or other bodies, software licences for your personal devices, or travel costs.
- We may revise our fees from time to time. A fee revision will not affect a Student whose admission has already been confirmed, except for any change in taxes required by law.
- Discounts, scholarships or offers are subject to their own stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Always obtain a receipt for any payment made at the institute, and make online payments only through the Website or payment links sent from our official email or phone number.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Online orders through the Website
Our online enrolment and booking facility runs on WooCommerce. When you place an order:
- you make an offer to enrol in the selected Course or Batch at the price shown;
- you will receive an automatic order acknowledgement by email, which is not yet acceptance of your order;
- your order is accepted when we confirm your Batch, or when payment is successfully received and we do not reject the order within a reasonable time; and
- we may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, unavailability of the Batch or other reasonable grounds, and will refund any amount received in full.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways under their own terms. We do not store your full card details. We are not responsible for delays, failures or charges caused by your bank or by the payment gateway, but we will help you resolve any payment issue. If payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction reference.
6. Batches, attendance and conduct
6.1 Batches and schedules
We offer Batches in different shifts, such as morning, afternoon, evening and weekend, subject to availability. We try to keep Batch timings and start dates as announced, but we may reschedule a class or Batch, change the trainer, or combine Batches for genuine reasons such as trainer availability, low enrolment, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of such changes as early as reasonably possible.
6.2 Batch transfers
Requests to move to a different Batch are subject to seat availability and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6.3 Attendance
Regular attendance and practice are essential to complete a Course successfully. Classes missed by a Student are generally not repeated individually, though we may offer backup or doubt-clearing sessions at our discretion. We may require a minimum attendance level and completion of assignments or assessments before issuing a certificate. Each Course must be completed within the validity period communicated at admission; after that period, continuing may require a fresh fee.
6.4 Code of conduct
Students must behave respectfully towards trainers, staff and other students. In particular, you must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against any person;
- damage institute computers, equipment or property;
- install unauthorised software, change system settings, or use institute systems for illegal or inappropriate purposes;
- attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or carry anything dangerous;
- copy or share Course Material in breach of Section 8; or
- cheat in assessments or submit another person’s work as your own.
We may issue a warning, suspend or terminate the admission of a Student who breaches this code. In case of serious misconduct, fees will not be refunded, and you may be liable for any damage caused.
6.5 Personal belongings and data
Please look after your personal belongings and do not store personal or confidential files on shared institute computers. We are not responsible for loss of personal items or data saved on institute systems.
7. Certificates and examinations
- Institute certificates: on successful completion of a Course, including any required attendance, assignments, assessments and fee payment, NETWORK NET issues its own certificate of completion. This certificate is issued by NETWORK NET as a private training institute. Unless a course page expressly says otherwise, it is not a degree, diploma or qualification issued or recognised by a university, board or government authority.
- Third-party examinations: examinations and certificates of external bodies, such as the NIELIT Course on Computer Concepts (CCC), are conducted and issued solely by those bodies under their own rules, fees, schedules and result processes. We prepare students for such exams and may help with registration, but we do not control exam dates, results, eligibility or certificate issuance.
- Corrections and duplicates: please check your certificate details when you receive it. Corrections or duplicate certificates may require proof and a reasonable fee.
