NETWORK NET, a computer training institute in Delhi, India, wants everyone to be able to find information about our courses and contact us easily, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies. This statement explains what we have done to make networknets.com (the “Website”) accessible, where we know it falls short, and how you can get help.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We are also guided by the spirit of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in India. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we have not yet had the Website independently audited, so we describe our status as partially conformant: some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard.
2. Measures we have taken
- A clear page structure with headings, lists and landmarks, so that screen reader users can move around pages easily.
- Descriptive text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images, and empty alt text for decorative images.
- Text and background colours chosen for readable contrast.
- Pages that can be zoomed up to 200% and a layout that adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens.
- Menus, links, buttons and forms that can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Form fields with labels and error messages that explain what needs to be corrected.
- Fonts, icons and scripts hosted on our own server, which helps pages load quickly and consistently.
- Meaningful link text, and tables with header cells.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, you may find some barriers. These are the ones we know about:
| Area | Issue | What we are doing |
|---|---|---|
| Older images and blog posts | Some older images may have missing or brief alt text. | Reviewing and updating alt text as pages are revised. |
| Downloadable documents (e.g. PDFs) | Some documents, such as syllabus or fee sheets, may not be fully accessible to screen readers. | Providing key information as web pages and offering accessible copies on request. |
| Third-party components | The payment gateway pages, embedded videos and the cookie consent banner are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG. | Choosing accessible settings where available and offering alternatives such as payment at the institute. |
| Security challenges | Our security tools may occasionally show a verification step that is hard to complete with some assistive technologies. | Contact us by phone or email and we will help you directly. |
4. Accessibility at the institute
If you have a disability and would like to join a course, please tell us about any support you need when you enquire, for example seating arrangements, screen magnification, larger fonts or extra time for practice. We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments. Please contact us before your visit so that we can discuss access to our premises and plan accordingly.
5. Compatibility
The Website is designed to work with recent versions of common browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari, and with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. It may not work fully in very old browsers.
6. Feedback and help
We welcome your feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of the Website, need information in a different format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected] (subject line: “Accessibility”)

7. Review of this statement
We review this statement when we make significant changes to the Website, and at least once a year.
